Voice Broadcast

Voice Broadcast

Voice broadcast is a form of mass communication whereby telephone messages are delivered to multiple recipients in bulk or as part of a targeted campaign. Applications include usage for commercial and marketing purposes or for community, governmental or political announcements.

Unlike these traditional systems, however, Triton’s Voice Mail Direct product goes directly to the targets’ mobile voice mail service. This service works with both mobile phone and fixed line phones and provides higher delivery rates while at the same time being far less intrusive.

Triton also supports Interactive Voice Broadcasting which utilizes Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology allowing the call recipient to listen to the recorded message and interact with the system by pressing keys on the phone keypad. The system can detect which key is pressed and be programmed to interact and play various messages accordingly.

Triton Global operates in strict accordance with Canadian telemarketing legislation and by the Canadian national Do Not Call list with which all Canada-based telemarketing or voice broadcasting campaigns must be compliant.

Some current and past Voice Broadcast campaigns we have hosted include automated telephone surveys and polls, tele-voting for participation media, reality TV, quizzes and game shows, marketing campaigns, medical announcements and local/national government announcements.

To learn how your company can utilize IVR voice broadcast technology in a discreet, compliant yet more highly effective manner than traditional methods contact Triton Global today.
